Angela at Transpersonal Pilates is a Certified Stott Pilates instructor, she is also Classically trained following The Pilates Centre , Boulder, CO. She has studied transpersonal psychology. Angela is based in London, where she teaches online Pilates to clients all around the globe. She speaks in English, Spanish and Italian and she teaches in these languages.
