About the resort
The resort sits in the middle of a luscious jungle so there is a lot of greenery! The beach and the local town itself is a five minute drive away - and the hotel provides a secure and reliable taxi service.

Goa is a beautiful and safe town to explore when you are not in class. You can find delicious traditional Goan restaurants and shops along the beach, visit temples and churches, enjoy local live music and observe local life.

How big is the group?
A small group of no more than 10 people so that we can give you the personal attention your body needs. You each have your own private villa.

▪️ Is the retreat open to beginners?
Yes! This is an open level retreat. There will always be two teachers around, one teaching and one there to help!
▪️ Do you cater to specific dietary requirements?
As food and nourishment are keys parts to a happy and healthy body, we do our utmost best to meet everyone’s dietary requirements by offering a variety of local, organically produced foods. If you have any allergies or specific concerns please contact the organiser, Angela, in advance of making your booking to ensure that your needs can be met.
▪️ Do we need to book our own flights?
Yes please! We will take care of everything else. You just need to send us your flight details as soon as you have booked your flights, so that we can arrange your airport to hotel transfer. Please also keep us informed of any changes to your flight schedule.
▪️ Do I need to bring any equipment such as my mat?
We’ve got you covered! You only need to bring your beautiful body, mind and spirit.

If you are taking out travel insurance, make sure to include in that cover the activities you may be taking part in on your retreat with us. The activities we offer are: pilates, water sports, hiking and elephant rides.

We won't be able to refund.
Cancellation Policy
OUR INTENTION
It’s our intention to make things as simple as possible for anyone who wants to attend the retreat, while balancing the administrative and business realities of those who run retreats.
DEPOSITS
A deposit of £X is payable when you book your place on the retreat.
All deposits are non-refundable.
RETREAT CANCELLATIONS
Please make sure that you have read and understood our cancellation policy before making a reservation.
Naturally, no one books with the intention of cancelling or postponing their retreat, but unexpected things do happen, so we suggest that you take out travel cancellation insurance once you have made your reservation.
CANCELLATION QUERIES
We understand that from time to time circumstances arise where you need to cancel your booking but may not be covered by your insurance cover. If this happens we will work with you to find a solution that is fair for both you, the retreat attendee and us, the retreat leaders. We intend to approach all issues with understanding, flexibility and compassion. From that place, a solution can always be found.
CANCELLATION POLICY
The cancellation policy below is designed to protect both us, the retreat leaders and you, the retreat attendees (prospective and current).
CANCELLATION
Please note that there will be no refunds or discounts for arriving late, leaving early, flight cancellations, travel delays or illness. For this reason we strongly encourage all retreat attendees to purchase travel / travel cancellation insurance, to make sure that you are covered in the event of a cancellation.
In the event that you need to cancel your attendance on the retreat:
* If you cancel 90 days or more before the start date of the retreat,
you will be refunded the full amount of any sums paid up to that date for your retreat.
This excludes the deposit, per person, which is non-refundable.
* If you cancel between 60 – 90 days before the start date of the retreat,
you will be refunded 50% of any sums paid.
This excludes the deposit, per person, which is non-refundable.
* Cancellations less than 60 days before the start date of the retreat are
non-refundable. If you do need to cancel your booking with us,
please contact us to see if we can help find a solution.
Please also read our Lockdown cancellation policy, which covers circumstances relating to lockdown and Covid-19 as special terms apply.
LOCKDOWN CANCELLATION POLICY
If we need to change the dates of the retreat because of a lockdown or situation relating to Covid-19:
We will move the dates of the retreat to the next earliest available dates. We will contact all attendees to find out which dates work best for them, and try to accommodate these as much as possible as a whole,
when deciding the new dates.
If you are unable to make the new retreat dates, we can do one of two things:
We can move your booking to the next annual retreat; or
We can offer you a 90% refund of payment made, excluding the deposit per person.
If there is lockdown during the retreat period:
We can move your booking to the next annual retreat; or
We can offer you a partial refund of payment made, excluding the deposit per person, for any activities and days that you are not able to attend, and do more pilates!
If you are unable to attend the retreat because of a lockdown in your country:
We can move your booking to the next annual retreat; or
We can offer you a 90% refund of payment made, excluding the deposit per person.
If you are unable to attend the retreat because you have Covid-19:
We can move your booking to the next annual retreat; or
We can offer you a 50% refund of payment made, excluding the deposit per person.
