Transpersonal Pilates is an empowering practice that teaches you to integrate body, mind and spirit through strength and organic movement based exercises.
The combination of pilates and transpersonal psychology takes a holistic approach to the body.
By integrating the connection between your body, mind, it allows for a balanced and true union of these aspects of self. The word Transpersonal comes from Transpersonal psychology the humanistic approach to holistic therapy. Transpersonal psychology addresses, equally, all aspects of our being, spiritual, social, intellectual, emotional, physical and creative to help us live in our full potential.

The practice takes you from your personal state into your soul, your true self.
Through the body, you can explore and uncover various patterns that we all carry that translate into fears and another low vibration energies or feelings - and work through them to align your soul, mind and body as one. You will also notice an improvement on your posture, body alignment and muscle tone. Transpersonal Pilates is a lifestyle, a solution to change your movement patterns from the root of the problem which is the emotion or trauma.
As a facilitator, I give you the correct tools to enable you to connect your body, mind and spirit, guiding you through powerful movement based exercises, breathing and techniques. As complex as it sounds, once you get the hang of it, you can do it every morning or evening as a regular practice. It often becomes an empowering and relieving practice to incorporate into your life, allowing you to truly reconnect and connect with yourself within moments.

There are two ways for you to begin your journey with transpersonal pilates. You can take a series of online classes which introduce you to the practice, teach you about the philosophy behind it and guide you through exercises and techniques. You can also take one to one classes with Angela for a more tailored and powerful experience and faster self-development.
